Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account — including your customer data, the emails DaveHQ sends on your behalf, and the payments you take.

Acceptable use

Use DaveHQ to run your lawn care or landscaping business. Don't use it to spam, defraud, or send content you don't have permission to send.

Payments

Card processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms. DaveHQ does not hold funds.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee zero downtime. Notify us if something's broken and we'll get on it.

Changes

These terms will evolve. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
